Alex von Bidder’s mission is to inspire transformation in C-level executives. He is a seasoned executive coach with an intrinsic understanding of leadership behaviors and how those behaviors can be changed to improve individual and team performance, build trust and create an environment where professionals can do their best work.
Since 1995, he has worked with individuals and groups who know that reaching their professional goals can have a significant impact in the long-term success of the organization. His current work focuses on encouraging professional initiative and leadership from a systemic perspective in order to achieve clearly defined business results.
Alex is certified by the Mankind Project, a worldwide volunteer men’s organization that challenges each man to find and live his own life’s mission. He is sought out to work with business professionals at leading institutions and has been called upon as an expert to speak at Columbia University, Cornell University and New York University. He is a twice-published author and magazine columnist.
In addition to his work with academic institutions and businesses, Alex is highly praised for his work with individuals and executives on designing and achieving their goals to become effective leaders. His 35-year leadership as a managing partner of the historic Four Seasons Restaurant earned international recognition and success as an experience in diplomacy and hospitality fit to host world leaders, Fortune 500 CEOs and international celebrities.
