Jean Hanham is an executive coach, consultant and facilitator working with senior executives and executive teams on maximizing leadership performance.
Jean’s approach with her clients is a unique blend of her many talents including extraordinary communication skills, her ability to deeply connect with others, her creative and innovative coaching methods as well as her twenty years of significant business experience in leadership positions at Reader’s Digest, Catalina Marketing, Imagitas and Affinnova.
Jean’s clients consistently applaud her ability to create a dynamic safe space for speaking with candor, her ability to fearlessly unfold underlying challenges and obstacles as well as her ability to translate insights into actionable steps for necessary changes and sustainable results.
Jean’s current clients span across multiple professions including financial services, consumer products, professional services, marketing services, advertising and higher education.
Jean holds her BA from Rutgers University and MBA from Columbia University. She is a trained Certified Professional Co-active Coach from the ICF accredited Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as well as a graduate of CTI’s Global Leadership Program. Jean has advanced training in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching with a focus and passion for change management and conflict resolution. She is also a graduate and past teaching assistant of Creativity and Personal Mastery and she has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University (NY) and at Saint Joseph’s University (PA).
